New Patients

Your initial visit with us is a consultation with Dr. Gentry. It is beneficial to have both partners present to facilitate data gathering by the physician. It will also allow you and your partner to have your questions answered adequately and in person.

Dr. Gentry belongs to several HMO and PPO networks. Please contact your insurance company to see if we are part of your network. Depending on your insurance, you may be required to contact your primary care physician for a referral and or authorization prior to your appointment.
